Goals for next release (2011)

• Python Simfactory
• Testsuite facility in Simfactory
• Use full OpenMP for testsuites
• Implement per-variable testsuite tolerances
• Create testsuites using McLachlan from BSSN_MoL testsuites
• Use EOS_Omni as default and depreciate at least one of the other EOS mechanisms
